Emma Watson Hysterical At Harry Potter Ending.

Emma Watson “cried” uncontrollably when finished filming the last ‘Harry Potter’ film.

The actress – who was just 10 when she first played Hermione Granger in the wizard franchise – couldn’t control her emotions when she had to hang up her Hogwarts outfit for the last time when shooting on ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2’ wrapped.

Speaking on UK TV show ‘Daybreak’, she said: “It was so strange … I kind of felt quite numb, I couldn’t really – it doesn’t seem like your feeling anything. And it was when they said, ‘That’s Emma down and Rupert wrapped,’ on ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’, and it just hit me and it was incredibly emotional obviously.

“I cried, cried, cried, cried, cried – it was really emotional and overwhelming.”

Although she is sad the ‘Harry Potter’ movies have come to an end, Emma, now 21, is looking forward to taking on new roles – as long as they don’t require so many years of her life.

She said: “I mean it’s so funny, when I’ve signed on for other projects, other things, people don’t really understand why I get quite jumpy and quite concerned and I think it’s because I’ve signed on for one thing and it turns into a 12-year project. And I realise that everything else won’t be like that, but I just can’t believe what it turned into.”

Emma – who starred in the movies alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint – will always be proud to have portrayed witch Hermione and isn’t worried about being typecast in the future.

She said: “If I’m going to be associated with anything, I’m so thrilled that it would be her and it would be this.”

Royal Tour: Prince William Beats Duchess Kate in Boat Race

The Duke of Cambridge beat his wife – who used to belong to the Sisterhood boat crew – by 10 lengths as they each joined a team to race across Dalvay Lake on Prince Edward Island in Canada on the fifth day of their tour of the North American country.

Before the contest the prince was asked who he thought would triumph, and he joked: “We are of course.”

But Kate quipped: “He’ll be lucky.”

The royal couple – who tied the knot in London’s Westminster Abbey on April 29 – hugged and congratulated each other following the race.

Kate steered her team’s boat, while William’s boat led from the start and it was clear from the beginning his vessel looked more likely to win.

The duke and duchess arrived at the event via horse-drawn carriage and were greeted by thousands of supporters, and some had camped overnight to get a glimpse of the royal couple.

Earlier in the day, the prince – who flies Sea King helicopters in the RAF (Royal Air Force) – took part in a dangerous helicopter manoeuvre on the lake, landing a Canadian military helicopter on the water for the first time.

The couple – who will leave Canada for California on Friday – also took in Province House, where the idea for the country was born.

William said in a speech, which he partly spoke in French, it was “quite a moment” to be stood in front of the building where the “Canadian federation was forged”.

Cheryl Cole's ex-husband Ashley is planning to propose.

Cheryl Cole’s ex-husband Ashley is planning to propose to her for a second time.

The 28-year-old singer and the soccer ace – who divorced in 2010 amid claims he had cheated on her with five women – wants to re-marry his ex-wife and is now looking for the “biggest” diamond he can find to get down on one knee, so the pair can start a family.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “He is convinced Cheryl will agree to marry him and wants the biggest diamond he can get.

“She’s desperate to start a family but he knows she’ll want to do it as a married woman.”

Cheryl – who has had a makeover with newly blonde hair following her sacking from the US version of ‘X Factor’ – spent the afternoon with Ashley’s mother Sue at her home in Chigwell, Essex, yesterday and she is “glad” to have her former daughter-in-law back in her life.

A source said: “Sue is incredibly fond of Cheryl and is forever singing her praises. She says she is so glad to have her daughter-in-law back.

“She realises how insanely happy Cheryl makes Ashley and believes they are a good team. Sue saw the positive impact which Cheryl had on Ashley. She loves her son and wants the best for him – as far as she is concerned Cheryl was nothing but a positive influence”

However, Cheryl’s mother Joan is not so keen on the reunion, and was upset seeing them together at the Girls Aloud star’s 28th birthday party on Friday night .

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Joan has Cheryl’s best interests at heart. She is the person who is most open and honest with her and was there to pick up the pieces when they split.”

She reportedly said at Cheryl’s party: “I don’t want her to have him back. I’ll never forgive him for what he did to her.”

Meanwhile, Ashley has confirmed he is opening a restaurant and club in central London with hip-hop mogul Jay-Z.

He said: “I’m delighted to be working with Jay-Z. I have grown up listening to his music so to be doing business with him is amazing.”

Jay-Z added: “It’ll be the hottest place in town.”

Kelly Osbourne thinks her parents are the “definition of true love”.

The 26-year-old star – whose mum and dad are Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne – praised the couple’s 30-year marriage, and wished them a happy anniversary.

Writing on her twitter page, she said: “happy anniversary mum and dad! you are the definition of true love! @MrsSOsbourne @OfficialOzzy. 30 years of true love! (sic)”

However, Kelly didn’t take too kindly to the comments of one fan, who suggested Sharon and Ozzy’s relationship was “f****d up” referring to an incident in 1989 when the former Black Sabbath rocker reportedly attempted to strangle his wife.

He tweeted: “@MissKellyO Didn’t your Dad strangle your Mum unconcious? f****d up love if you ask me. (sic)”

To which Kelly replied: “go and f**k yourself with a hedgehog! (sic)”

Sharon recently revealed she was so shocked to receive sexy text messages from her husband, she was convinced a thief had stolen his mobile phone.

She said: “I got a text from Ozzy yesterday and I’m like, ‘Jesus, somebody’s stolen his phone.’ Because I thought somebody found his phone and they were texting me dirty messages.

“And Silvana, my assistant, goes, ‘Oh my god, Ozzy’s just sent you this really dirty text.’ And I’m like, ‘Well it’s not him, somebody must have stolen his phone, he can’t text’. But it was him.”

Kourtney Kardashian verbally abused by a drunken fan.

The 32-year-old socialite was spending the July 4 holiday in New York’s exclusive Hamptons district with her 18-month-old son Mason when a passer-by screamed “bitch” at her.

Writing on her twitter page, Kourtney explained: “I love how I was walking nicely w my son in the Hamptons and a drunk w***e yelled BITCH because I waved at her instead of saying hi. #classy (sic)”

Up until then, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star had been enjoying a cruise with son Mason and boyfriend Scott Disick.

She tweeted: “Happy 4th of July babies! Nothing like a Hamptons cruise with my family. (sic)”

However, Kourtney isn’t the only member of the Kardashian clan to have encountered problems with members of the public.

Last year, her sister Kim had a drink thrown over her while filming scenes for her reality show ‘Kim and Kourtney Take New York’.

Kim said: “I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m OK after the bar fight last night. I’m totally fine, guys.

“Last night, Kourtney, Scott, Khloe and I went out to a bar to have a fun night on Khloe’s last night in New York. A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand.”

Lady Gaga is to guest judge ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.

The ‘Edge Of Glory’ hitmaker – who is currently in Singapore as part of her ‘Monster’s Ball’ tour – will join permanent judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy on the panel of the Fox dance competition.

Show boss Nigel – also at the helm of ‘American Idol’ said: “Lady Gaga will give great advice on how to handle yourself, how to be creative with what you do, and how to be a fabulous performer.

“Her help is going to be invaluable.”

This isn’t the first time the 25-year-old singer has appeared on a US reality show.

In May, Lady Gaga acted as a guest mentor on ‘American Idol’ and instructed the four finalists – including eventual winner Scotty McCreery – on how to prepare for the live shows, telling the hopefuls to embrace their “sexy” sides and give the judges “a little drama”.

She said at the time: “I just want to give them senses of inspiration and confidence. And to help them bring out what’s really special about them.”

Frost Wine Reviews: Chardonnay Semillon

Hardys Stamp of Australia Chardonnay Semillon: This is a zesty, citrus, fruity wine with a crisp, dry finish. A delicious Chardonnay with buttery, subtle oaky goodness. Ripe apples and peaches. I can also taste lime.

Food matches: Asian dishes, corn dishes, lobster in butter.

Available from Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons Asda RRP £6.79

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 1 year

Semillon

Semillon has a rich, waxy nearly fat texture but a low acidity, it’s often blended with Sauvignon Blanc. Semillon is a vigorous vine but it is a thin-skinned grape which leaves it susceptible to sunburn. It doesn’t really get diseases, but gets rot, the bad kind (Gray Rot) that destroys the grapes and the good kind (Noble Rot or botrytis) that shrivels the grapes to raisins.

Frost Wine Reviews: Banrock Station Shiraz Mataro

This Shiraz is very easy to drink, not necessary a good thing!, it has just the right amount of spice and fruitiness.  As a general rule of thumb, the darker a red wine the younger it is, the lighter it is, the older it is, this wine is just the right colour. It has pepper as the main aroma, and it has a lovely taste of blackberries, blackcurrants and plums. As I have said before, I am quite fussy about red wine although I liked this one. It taste great with spaghetti bolognese and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. Also it is not too acidic.

The ideal accompaniment to enjoy with red meats such as venison or beef steak as well as mushroom based dishes.
